Ingredients:
magnesium complex (magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium lactate, magnesium carbonate), pyridoxine hydrochloride. The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient. Do not consume if you have an allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients.

Recommended daily dose and use:
it is recommended to take 1 capsule twice a day, preferably with meals.

- Magnesium – 375 mg 50%*
- Vitamin B6 – 1.4 mg 50%*
