1. General Provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the relationship between customers of the online store bombbar.ee (hereinafter referred to as "bombbar.ee") and the owner of the online store bombbar.ee, the company BOMBBAR OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), regarding the purchase of goods on bombbar.ee. These terms define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer, liability, conditions of purchasing goods and their payment, order of delivery and return of goods, as well as general information about the services provided by the Seller.

1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change or amend these terms without prior notice. Changes are posted on the bombbar.ee website and take effect from the moment of their publication on the bombbar.ee website. In case the order was placed before the changes to the purchase conditions come into effect, the purchase conditions applicable at the time of placing the order shall apply, except as provided by law or these terms.

1.3 The Seller shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to the Buyer's failure to familiarize themselves with these Terms.

1.4 In addition to these terms, relations arising from purchases in the online store bombbar.ee are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

2. Customer Data and Data Protection

2.1 Personal data provided by the Buyer to the Seller are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Data is transmitted to third parties only with the consent of the Buyer or in cases provided by law.

2.2 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that their login credentials (email and password) do not fall into the hands of third parties. The Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of the leakage of the Buyer's account data due to their fault.

2.3 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by them. The Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of incorrect input of data by the Buyer.

2.4 If the data provided on the Buyer's registration page changes, it must be updated immediately on the bombbar.ee website. The Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of inputting incorrect or outdated data by the Buyer.

2.5 If the Buyer attempts to undermine, disrupt, obstruct, or interfere with the operation of the online store bombbar.ee through their actions or inactions, the Seller reserves the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or terminate the client's access to the website and refuse to provide them with services.

3. Product Availability, Price, and Accuracy of Information

3.1 The currency of our online store is euros. All prices on the bombbar.ee website include VAT.

4. Placing an Order

4.2 If fulfilling the order becomes impossible, the Seller's representative may offer the Buyer to choose an equivalent product. If the Buyer does not wish to choose an alternative product, the order will be canceled, and if payment has already been made for the product, the Seller will refund the money to the Buyer's account within 7 working days from the receipt of payment.

How to make a purchase in the online store?

1. Select the desired product. Click the "Add to Cart" button to automatically add the selected product to the cart.

2. The contents of the cart can be viewed at the top of the page in the cart, where you can change the quantity of products and, if necessary, remove products from the list.

3. When the order is ready, fill in the required fields and select the delivery method, indicating a convenient pickup point.

4. Review the terms and conditions and check the box to agree, then click "Confirm Order".

5. Choose a convenient payment method and pay for the order. After payment is made, be sure to click the "Return to Seller" button.

6. The order will start processing after the payment is received.

5. Conclusion of Contract

5.1 The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer makes the first payment for the goods to the Seller's bank account or in cash to the authorized representative of the Seller.

7. Delivery of Goods

7.1 Upon request, the goods can be delivered to the Buyer through a pickup point. In this case, the cost of delivery is added to the price of the goods in accordance with the rates specified on the bombbar.ee website.

7.2 The Seller shall not be liable for any possible delay in the delivery of goods and losses incurred due to such delay.

8. Purchase Refusal, Return, and Exchange of Goods

8.1. Goods purchased from the Bombbar.ee online store are not subject to return, except for products with expired shelf life or defective goods.

8.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel a paid order before it is handed over to the transport service.

8.3. To cancel or return a product, a statement in free form must be sent to the email address epood@bombbar.ee. The statement must include the Name, Surname, order number, reason for return or refusal of the order, and the account number for refund.

8.4 The refund of the product price is made as soon as possible but no later than within 14 working days from the receipt of the return request to the specified account number. The buyer bears the postage costs associated with returning the goods.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the parties have the right to contact the Consumer Protection Authority or the Harju County Court. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

10. Use of Coupon Code

Using a coupon code in the online store:

1) Go to the cart. Enter the discount coupon code in the "PROMO CODE" field and click the "Apply coupon" button.
2) Check the order information, enter your details, review and agree to the terms of the agreement, and click the "Place Order" button.

3) "PROMO CODE" - a word or combination of letters and numbers in the coupon code.

4) "PROMO CODE" - everyone can receive it from marketing campaigns.

5) "PROMO CODE" - is valid depending on the marketing campaign.
