Ingredients:
81% complex of four forms of magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium lactate, magnesium carbonate), capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0.1% vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). May contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs, and peanuts.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Take 2 capsules per day with a sufficient amount of water, during meals. The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
