Ingredients:
Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium citrate (magnesium), filler: starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc picolinate (zinc), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6). The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, celery, mustard, crustaceans and fish.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Take 1 serving (3 tablets) daily before bedtime.
Content per 1 serving (3 tablets):
- Magnesium — 375 mg (100% RI)
- Zinc — 15 mg (150% RI)
- Vitamin B6 — 2 mg (143% RI)
