maltodextrin, B vitamin complex [thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), riboflavin, niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), biotin (D-biotin)], energy booster [inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid, choline bitartrate], capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). May contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs, and peanuts.
