Ingredients:
Whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, creatine, L-ornithine, L-arginine, L-citrulline, whey protein concentrate (from milk) (40%); milk protein concentrate (40%); creatine monohydrate (3.8%); branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine 5%, L-isoleucine 2.5%, L-valine 2.5%); flavourings; sodium chloride; L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (0.8%); L-citrulline (0.6%); sweetener (sucralose). May contain: soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Recommended daily dose and usage:
Dissolve one serving — 30 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or blender. Take 2 servings daily.
On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving 1.5 hours after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving in the evening before bedtime.
