Ingredients:
Whey protein concentrate (from milk) (40%); milk protein concentrate (40%); cocoa powder1 (10%); creatine monohydrate (3.8%); thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose); colour (ammonium caramel)2,3,4; L-ornithine-L-aspartate (1.1%); flavouring; sodium chloride; L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (0.8%); L-citrulline (0.6%); sweetener (sucralose).
May contain: soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Dissolve one serving of the product – 30 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or blender. Take 2 servings per day.
On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving 1.5 hours after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving in the evening before bedtime.
