Ingredients:
Whey protein isolate; amino acid formula (glycine, L-glutamine, L-arginine hydrochloride); buttermilk powder; whey protein hydrolysate; emulsifier: lecithin; cocoa powder (5% – in chocolate version); flavourings; thickener: cellulose gum; sweetener: sucralose. Contains milk (whey) and may contain traces of soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, peanuts, nuts and eggs.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Mix 1 serving – 30 g (approx. 1.5 scoops) – with 200 ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Consume in the morning and/or after training.
