78% whey protein concentrate (from milk), 17% buttermilk (from milk), flavourings, thickener (cellulose gum), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), colourings (carotenes, ammonia caramel). Contains milk (whey) and may contain: soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Take 1 serving before training and 2 servings immediately after training.
