Inulin has a pleasant flavor that adds a mild sweetness to foods and drinks, but has a very low glycemic index and will not negatively impact serum glucose levels.

Application method:
Take 1 teaspoon without bitters 1–3 times a day. Mix with your favorite drink or food. Start with 1 teaspoon per day and gradually increase the dosage to reduce discomfort in the gastrointestinal tract.
