Hydrolysed fish collagen, MCT (medium-chain fatty acids from coconut oil), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Take 2 capsules daily with a large amount of water. Do not exceed one serving (two capsules) per day.

Hydrolysed fish collagen 600 mg
Medium-chain fatty acids (MCT) 300 mg
Vitamin C 100 mg / 125%*
*% – percentage of the reference intake for adults.
