Ingredients:
Gelatin hydrolysate, hydrolyzed collagen, gelatin capsule (gelatin, colour: iron oxide), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), filler: magnesium stearate.

Recommended daily dose and usage:
Basic recommended dosage: 4–6 capsules per day between meals. For sports use, up to 8 capsules per day between meals may be taken. Take with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
