Ingredients:
Calcium carbonate granules, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), thickener (maltodextrin), stabilizers (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, povidone), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Recommended daily dose and usage:
Recommended daily dose: 2 tablets per day.
Take 2 tablets daily with liquid during a meal.
Content per 2 tablets:
- Calcium (as calcium carbonate) — 1000 mg (125%)
- Vitamin D₃ (as cholecalciferol) — 15 µg (300%)
