Directions for use:

Dissolve 1½ scoops (50 g) in 500 ml of water or milk. Adjust liquid amount to achieve desired consistency. Consume up to 3 times per day, depending on your protein or mass gain needs. To increase protein or calorie intake and for a creamier shake, use milk.
