Ingredients:
complex carbohydrates (maltodextrin), whey protein concentrate with reduced lactose content (milk proteins), micronized creatine monohydrate, sodium chloride, cocoa powder (for chocolate flavor), flavors, acidity regulator (citric acid, malic acid, lactic acid), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), emulsifier (soy lecithin), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose).

Use:
1 dose 50 g.
Dissolve one and a half measuring spoons (50 g) in 500 ml of water, milk or juice and mix thoroughly in a shaker for 1 minute.
Take 1 dose before training and another one after training.
We also recommend using 1 serving of gainer during intense training.
