Ingredients:
L-carnitine tartrate (34%), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [55% EGCG] (14%), maltodextrin; capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Allergen warnings:
May contain allergens: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Content per serving (4 capsules):
- L-carnitine 600 mg
- Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [50% EGCG] 364 mg
- - of which EGCG 200 mg
Usage:
Recommended daily dose: 4 capsules
One serving (4 capsules) with approximately 300 ml of water.
On training days: 4 capsules 30 minutes before workout. On non-training days: 2 capsules twice a day, preferably with a meal.

Food supplement. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not consume if allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are recommended. Colorant azorubine may have a negative effect on children’s activity and attention.
