Ingredients:
L-carnitine tartrate; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient. Do not consume if you have an allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients.

Recommended daily dose and use:
One serving — 1 capsule — take with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings per day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal or training.
