Ingredients:
L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, emulsifier – rapeseed lecithin, acidity regulator – citric acid, flavourings, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K. The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Mix a portion weighing 10 g (1.7 measuring scoops) in 100–150 ml of water or juice.
On training days, consume one portion daily before or after training. On non-training days, consume one portion after waking up.
Due to the high content of L-leucine and L-isoleucine, the product has a slightly bitter aftertaste. This is a natural property of the raw materials used. A good solution is to mix the product with juice or consume the powder directly with water or juice.
