Ingredients:
Instant BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsion sunflower lecithin), L-glutamine, acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, colouring beta-carotene. May contain soy and milk protein. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient.
Directions:
Mix a 10 g serving (approx. ½ scoop) 15 minutes before physical activity and immediately after. Can also be used during training. Do not exceed the recommended dose. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. This product must not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age.
