Ingredients:
Alpha lipoic acid (ALA), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Recommended daily dose and usage:
Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily, preferably with food.

Warnings:
ALA may cause symptoms of hypoglycemia in sensitive individuals. In such case discontinue use immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
