Ingredients:
56.5% magnesium citrate – Aquamin®, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsules (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gelling agent carrageenan), green tea extract (40% L-theanine, 0.5% caffeine, 0.5% EGCG – epigallocatechin gallate), Withania somnifera extract – Ashwagandha (5% withanolides), L-tryptophan, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), hop extract 10:1, valerian root extract 10:1, lemon balm leaf extract 10:1, filler magnesium stearate, zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Recommended daily dose: Use approximately 1–3 capsules, 30 minutes before sleep. Take with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
