Ingredients:
maltodextrin; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin (0.2%). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient. Do not consume if you have an allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients.
Net quantity: 90 capsules
Recommended daily dose and use:
take 1 mg (1 capsule) with 150–200 ml of water 30 minutes before bedtime.

- Melatonin 1 mg
