Collagen is a protein found in skin, bones, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. The human body can produce collagen naturally, but this ability decreases with age, and by about age 30, collagen should also be supplemented so that the amount in cells does not begin to decrease. Collagen serves to prevent signs of aging, and its main advantage is protecting articular cartilage from drying out.
The product is supplemented with vitamin C, which supports collagen absorption and is also an antioxidant that helps fight free radicals.
The daily dose of the product contains SOLUGEL® 1000 mg of hydrolyzed type I collagen - high-quality collagen peptides of animal origin and 61 mg of vitamin C.
RECOMMENDED USE: Take 2 capsules per day with plenty of water, preferably during or immediately after meals. The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
COMPOSITION: SOLUGEL® type I collagen hydrolyzate (73.5%); capsule shell [polishing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)]; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) (4.5%); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). Product may contain: milk, soybeans, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.
