Suggested Use:
Mix 1 level teaspoon of powder with at least 8 ounces (240 ml) of cold water or clear liquid. Slowly add powder, stirring. Take once daily with food. Pure magnesium citrate powder may increase the temperature of liquids upon contact; therefore, the recommended serving may be mixed with 8 ounces (240 ml) or more of cold liquid to neutralize this reaction before swallowing.
