Maltodextrin, gelatin capsule (gelatin, iron oxide colorant), MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides, glucose syrup and milk protein, emulsifier E 472c), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), filler magnesium stearate, black pepper extract (95% piperine) – Bioperine®, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2).

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Recommended daily dose: take no more than 1 capsule every 4 days. Drink with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
