Suggested Use:
Adults and teens chew one to four gummies daily, starting slowly. Children ages 4-12 chew one gummy daily under adult supervision.

Magnesium (magnesium citrate): 100mg/400mg
Probiotics Bacillus subtilis DE111: 3.5mg (250m CFU)/14mg (1bn CFU)
Other Ingredients:
Fructooligosaccharides, citrus pectin, agar-agar, tapioca starch, natural flavor, paprika extract (for color), citric acid, trisodium citrate, carnauba wax.
Does not contain: dairy or soy ingredients, peanuts, gluten, shellfish, stevia.
