Magnesium Fine Flakes are magnesium flakes designed for foot or body baths. This is the best way to absorb magnesium, as it is most effectively absorbed through the skin. Our magnesium flakes are of European origin and high quality.
- Helps restore the body’s magnesium levels, the deficiency of which can cause muscle cramps, stress and sleep disorders.
- Extremely fine flakes that dissolve faster compared to larger flakes. Suitable for foot baths (200 g flakes) as well as full body baths (500–1000 g flakes).
- Use warm water that is not too hot (37–41 °C).

Directions for use:
For a foot bath, add 150 g of flakes to 4 litres of warm (not hot) water, sit back and relax for about 20 minutes. For a full body bath, add 500–1000 g of flakes to the bath, lie back and relax for about 20 minutes. Take no more than one full body bath per day. Foot and full body baths can be taken 4–7 times per week.
Warnings:
Do not use if you have kidney disease, intestinal obstruction, myasthenia gravis or a very slow heart rate. Not for consumption! For external use in baths only.
