Ingredients:
Whole milk powder, whey protein concentrate (contains sunflower lecithin and anti-caking agent calcium phosphate), rice flour, buckwheat flour, dried egg white, sweetener xylitol, maltodextrin, milk protein isolate, flavouring, raising agent sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, colour beta-carotene. May contain traces of soy.

Recommended daily dose and directions:
A 50 g portion is suitable as a morning or afternoon snack and is recommended between meals at least 60 minutes before or after eating. Can also be consumed after physical activity. A single serving should not exceed 100 g of the mix. 1 measuring scoop = approximately 25 g. Thoroughly mix 50 g of the blend with 100 ml of water until smooth batter forms. Fry pancakes on both sides in a hot pan. Serve warm. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within two months.
