Ingredients:
soy protein isolate, oat flour (contains gluten), skimmed milk powder, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, oat bran (contains gluten), water-soluble corn fibers, egg products (egg melange), salt, natural flavors, baking soda, thickener (xanthan gum), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose)
Usage instructions:
This mix is ideal for creating desserts to enjoy with tea, coffee, or other beverages. Add nut butters, toppings, or jams to enhance the taste of your waffles or muffins.
Muffin preparation: Mix 60 g of the mix (3 tablespoons) with 60 ml of water or milk, stir until smooth. Pour the batter into baking molds and bake for 15-25 minutes at 180°C, depending on the size of the molds.
Waffle preparation: Mix 60 g of the mix (3 tablespoons) with 90 ml of water or milk, stir until smooth. Pour into a preheated waffle maker and cook until done. Note: using milk increases the caloric value. Add fruits, nuts, chocolate, or toppings to diversify your dish.
