CHIKALAB Chocolate is a 480 g protein baking mix for muffins and waffles. It is based on oat flour, whey protein isolate, skimmed milk powder and natural cocoa powder, with raising agent and whole egg already in the mix.
For muffins, stir 60 g of mix into 60 ml of water or milk and bake for 15–25 minutes at 180 °C; for waffles use 60 g of mix with 90 ml of liquid. Per 100 g of dry mix: 50 g of protein and 366 kcal; contains gluten.
