Option 1: Mix 5 scoops of powder (75 g) with 40 ml (10 tbsp) of water and 20 ml (4 tbsp) OstroVit MCT oil / coconut oil. Then, add 60 g of OstroVit nut cream (smooth or crunchy). Stir until a smooth mixture forms, then shape into cookies.

Option 2: Mix 5 scoops of powder (75 g) with 35 ml (9 tbsp) buttermilk and 20 ml (4 tbsp) OstroVit MCT oil / coconut oil. Stir until smooth, then shape into cookies.
