Ingredients:
fish oil, gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, colour: caramel.
Allergen warning: Manufactured in a facility that processes ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink plenty of water.
