Ingredients:
Rice flour, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron (iron(II) bisglycinate), plant-based capsule (coating agent pullulan). Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Recommended daily dose and usage:
Take 1 capsule daily after breakfast with a glass of water or as recommended by a physician.

- Iron (iron(II) bisglycinate) 20 mg – 143%
- Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 100 mg – 125%
