Ingredients:
Whey protein concentrate (from milk), flavorings, thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), sweetener (sucralose). May contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, eggs, celery, mustard, crustaceans and fish.

Recommended daily dose and usage:
Mix one serving (30 g) with 200–250 ml of water or milk using a shaker or mixer. Consume immediately after training or during the day as needed to support muscle growth and recovery.
