Instant whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed collagen protein (40%), prebiotic fibre Orafti™ (inulin), flavouring, sweetener sucralose.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Serving size: Mix 25 g (1 scoop) of powder with approximately 150 ml of water in a shaker. Shake until fully dissolved and consume immediately. You may use more or less water according to taste preference. Recommended 1–3 servings per day depending on your protein needs.
