Directions for use:

Mix a 30 g serving with 250 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein needs, take 1–3 servings per day between meals. Maximum — 3 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Usage
1 scoop = approximately 15 g. Mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
