whey protein concentrate [milk], flavouring, stabiliser e451i, thickener (cellulose gum), sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame potassium, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), colours e150c. May contain traces of lecithin, nuts and other proteins of animal origin. Protein content is expressed on a dry matter basis.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Take 1 to 3 servings per day. One serving is 30 g (1.5 measuring scoops) of the product dissolved in 150 ml of water or milk.
