Ingredients:

94% milk protein isolate (75% micellar casein), flavoring, gluten-free wheat fiber, stabilizers acacia and xanthan gum, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, prebiotic-probiotic complex LactoWise® (Bacillus coagulans, galactomannans), sweeteners sucralose and stevia glycosides, colorant beta-carotene.

Directions:

Mix a 30 g serving (approximately 2 measuring spoons) with 300 ml of water. We recommend consuming 1 serving before bedtime. Can also be used if you expect a long break between meals.
