Directions for use:
- 1 serving in the morning right after waking up.
- 1 serving 30–45 minutes before training.
- 1 serving immediately after training.
- 1 serving between meals.
- 1 serving in the evening before bedtime.

Dissolve 3½ scoops (30 g) of powder in 500 ml of water, milk or juice.
