Maltodextrin (maltodextrinum); anhydrous caffeine (anhydrous caffeine) (28.6%); capsule shell (gelatin) (gelatina); grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi extract) [98% naringenin (naringenin)] (7.2%); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids (Magnesii sales acidorum fatty). May contain allergens: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, peanuts.

Recommended daily intake and usage:
Take one capsule with 300 ml of water. Recommended dose: 1 capsule per day, preferably before breakfast or 30 minutes before training.

Anhydrous caffeine 200.00 mg
Grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi) [98% naringenin] 50.00 mg
including naringenin 49.00 mg
Warnings:
This product has a strong stimulating effect; do not take before bedtime.
