78.1% L-carnitine tartrate, capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). May contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs, and peanuts.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Take 2 capsules daily without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably 30 minutes before a meal or training.
