Creatine increases physical performance during successive, short-term, high-intensity exercise. A positive effect is achieved by taking 3 g of creatine daily.
Typical dosage regimen: in the loading phase (1st week) – 4 g for every 15 kg of weight per day; in the main phase – 1 g for every 15 kg of weight per day.
It is advisable to take 1 individual dose of the drug before training and another 1 dose at the end of training or within 15 minutes after its end.
You can mix creatine with water or with your sports drink, mass gainer or protein shake.
