Creatine monohydrate (100%). May contain traces of lactose, gluten, soy, crustaceans and egg albumen.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Serving size: 5 g of powder
Mix 1 serving = 5 g (1 scoop) of powder with 200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Take 1 serving per day for 6 weeks, then take a break of 2–4 weeks.
