Creatine monohydrate, gelatin capsule (gelatin, colour: iron oxide), filler magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Take a maximum of 3 capsules per day. Use regularly for 4 weeks. After a 4-week period, take a break of at least 4–6 weeks. It is recommended to combine use with carbohydrate intake (e.g. using gainers). Drink with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
