Ingredients:
tri-creatine malate (83%); capsule shell [coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient. Do not consume if you have an allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Take one serving of the product — 3 capsules — and drink with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings per day.
On training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 minutes before training or immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving between meals or before bedtime..
