Ingredients:
beta-alanine (85%); capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts and nuts. Do not consume if you are allergic to any ingredient. Do not consume if you have an allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the ingredients.

Recommended daily dose and use:
Take one serving of the product — 1 capsule — with 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.
On training days: the first serving in the morning after waking up, the second — 30 minutes before training, the third — immediately after training.
On non-training days: the first serving in the morning after waking up, the second — between meals, the third — before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
