Ingredients:
myo-inositol, choline bitartrate, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). This product may contain cereals containing gluten, milk, soy, eggs, celery, mustard and products thereof.

Recommended daily dose and directions for use:
Take 1 tablet once daily with plenty of water. Do not exceed one serving per day (1 tablet).
