Ingredients:
Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) [1.5% withanolides] (83%); capsule shell [coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent [magnesium salts of fatty acids].

Directions for use:
Take one serving daily – 1 capsule with 250 ml of water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use together with sedatives, sleeping pills, or anti-epileptic medications. Keep tightly closed in a dry place at 15–25°C. Protect from light and moisture.
