Directions:

Mix 100g (8 measures) of powder with 200ml of water or milk using a mixer. Mix until the consistency of thick sour cream. Freeze in the freezer for about 1 hour. Remove the semi-frozen mixture from the freezer and mix thoroughly. Place the product back in the freezer for about 1 hour, then consume. The most delicious texture is achieved if you do not deep freeze it. The recommended daily portion is 50g. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product.
