BOMBBAR Coconut Cake is a 40 g glazed protein bar. Its recipe combines milk proteins, milk chocolate, desiccated coconut and coconut oil. The product contains sweeteners and naturally occurring sugars. The coconut cake variant combines desiccated coconut and coconut oil with a milk-chocolate coating. Its individual 40 g pack contains one ready glazed bar that is convenient to take along.
The protein blend accounts for 25% of the product and comprises whey protein concentrate and milk protein concentrate. The milk chocolate contains soluble corn fibre, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder and soya lecithin.
Each 100 g contains 25 g of protein and 38 g of fibre, with an energy value of 1486 kJ / 355 kcal. The bar is ready to eat and requires no preparation. Store the product away from heat, freezing conditions and moisture.
